Tim Keenan assisted the developer from Development Approval through to launch which resulted in the sale of 324 apartments at a value of $220m in a four-month period.

Tim Keenan assisted the Melbourne based developer and provided a local presence which resulted in the sale of 60 apartments at a value of $40m in a four-month period.

Tim Keenan assisted the developer with all aspects of the sales and marketing campaign which resulted in the project being sold down in a nine-month period.
